    Wow, I am no where even close to begin able to do that, but gives me aspirations. Perhaps i can try a few of those. Don’t know now they made it to the end. I know….it’s their great teacher.

      pick one exercise and find it else where in the system on another piece of equipment and build from there… then repeat for another. every exercise is not meant for every body… but try it this way!

        Thanks kathy. So much easier to watch than to do right? They were awesome and deserve a drink at the bar for sure! I watched your red thread video too so i understand what you are saying and will give it a go. Thanks for your great cues and insight into each and every exercise on all your videos. This is what I am wanting to learn more for myself.
