In Part 2 of Inelia Garcia’s teaching series on the Guillotine, she brings back Jose Miguel for a series of standing exercises aimed at balancing strength in the arms and upper body that’s especially good for men. It works both the muscles needed to pull the bar up with springs from below and muscles to push down with the springs from the top.  Then she moves him to his knees and seated for several more press and pull down exercises to strengthen the connection of the arms from below in the Powerhouse.
