In this Guillotine overview video, MeJo takes Miriam and Alisa through some of the exercises that can be practiced on the versatile and exhilarating Guillotine or as Joe called it, the “Gym in a Door.” Using the sliding bar in the center of the apparatus is a challenge because you have to work evenly to keep the bar straight. Despite it’s ominous name, this fun and somewhat rare apparatus never fails to bring a smile to the lucky body who gets to play on it. Basic skills taught include: Tower.
