    Thank you so much for sharing!
    As a teacher I notice that my clients sometimes think that I am superwoman, haha. We have issues too! And thanks to the Method able to work on those issues and help our bodies.

    So nice to see what you do to help yourself and also brave to demonstrate particular those exercises that are hard for you!

    Oh Gwang-Taek: You must love how Pilates rebalances your body and relieves tension and/or pain in your low back! So glad you found Pilates and Pilates-ology.

    Thank you teacher~ I was bodybuilder. . For Twenty years. . So my pec muscle and hamstring are very tight. Relatively my powerhouse was very weak. .and lumbar was seriously damaged.. So ..i very very love pilates and pilates-ology!
