    Proof is in the tuccus! Soreness prevails and it feels sooo good! This workout definitely kicked my bootay! Longest 30 minutes I have dedicated to my backside in some time and it was lots of fun! Thanks Kathi, you dear, sweet, evil genius!

    Um I admit I had to tap out a few times on the pelvis,pedal,pedal pelvis torture but I totally rallied for mt. Climb/ going up front. You guys had me cracking up and my chocolate lab came in from the other room to investigate. :))))))))))) xo, liesbeth

      Its awful saying it!!! LOL BUTT- yes pun intended!! I like to give all variations so you can choose what works best for you and the amount of intensity you desire that day.
      BTW you never know when a pup will appear to join a workout at my house!!!!
