    Is there any Arm Weights Part 1 and 2? I can not find it on the site.

    This is a dumb question, but are you suppose to feel the arm weights series in your arms? I understand all pilates exercises encorporate the full body, but I have always struggled to feel the basic arm series in my arms! I have watched a bunch of videos and practiced the exercises in my private lessons, but still don’t feel as much as I do elsewhere in my body. That is starting to make me wonder if that is the intent.

    I love pilates and feel that it has strengthen all parts of my body except my arms!
