- Build body awareness & control in spinal extension
- Restore upright, open posture in upper body
CONSEJOS Y TRUCOS
- Look for thoracic extension with head & neck supported by barrel
- Student should be able to talk normally, add pads if trachea sticks out
- Low back is in natural curves, cue to pull low abs in for support
- Arms stay within peripheral vision for joint safety
- Student uses hands to lift head off of barrel
