  • Build body awareness & control in spinal extension
  • Restore upright, open posture in upper body
CONSEJOS Y TRUCOS
  • Look for thoracic extension with head & neck supported by barrel
  • Student should be able to talk normally, add pads if trachea sticks out
  • Low back is in natural curves, cue to pull low abs in for support
  • Arms stay within peripheral vision for joint safety
  • Student uses hands to lift head off of barrel
