    As ever, KRN is One in a milion; the exercises given seem to be well-known, nothing special and … blablabla …. whereas they are fresh, demanding, hard; it is a very well thought-through workout. Love it! Hey, Pilatesology!!! I t seems that Kathi must have been around in CA for some time lately, since her new podcasts are on Pilates Aytime, so is Alycea ….!!!??? Alisa and Jack, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, have THEM BOTH at Pilatesology!!!
