      Thanks so much for working out with me! Sometimes the position of the Mermaid on the mat can get tricky if students have hip and knee issues, so this is a nice way to get some side bending in without lots of modifications. Glad you liked it and can pass on to your students. πŸ™‚

    Loved that, cant believe you can get your head to the floor on spine stretch forwards and head to your knee on Saw! Definitely something to aim for!
