    I love your instruction. This is awesome for me as I have a slight rotation in my pelvis and a right hip replacement. Very good information for my issues, when working on my own. I have a few clients that have S curves and C curves and I’ve suggested finding a Srcoth certified instructor but unfortunately there are none within driving distance. Any suggestions using the spine corrector to help them?

      As for you scoliosis clients, only do the EXTENSION exercises on the Spine Corrector. There are quite a few and these will be of great benefit to them.

    Luv luv luv this workout on Spine Corrector. Can’t wait to oractice on my own body and eventually teach entire workout on my high intermediate students who are always looking for a challenge. I agree this piece is apparatus is often under utilized. Excellent instruction!
