The tongue in cheek name of this class tells it like it is: watch for inspiration but practice at your own risk. The advanced exercises in this session should never be attempted without the guidance of an expert instructor. This is Kathi’s personal weekly workout and in it, she shows how far the Pilates work can take you after 30 years of dedicated and intense practice. The variations in this session are a combination of what Kathi has been been taught by her esteemed teachers including Romana Kryzanowska, Kathy Grant and Jay Grimes.     Sincerest thanks, Kathi, I loved your words of encouragement about the progressive beauty of the method..’if you practice for many, many years with good instructors, the true method that Joe Pilates created you will eventually be able to do these variations too’. I love it! And I believe it!!
