    I love the way you transitioned into the single leg kicks. This is the first time I have done that exercise without any pain in my SI joints. Your steps really created more space for me and I was able to really feel what the exercise is meant to do. THANKS!!!!

      Hi! I’m so glad you enjoyed the class. Don’t give up on that side plank! Feel free to come down onto the elbow, or place bottom knee on the mat. Keep trying and you will build strength. Hang in there!
