    This is the second class of Kim’s that I’ve done on this app. I just love her! She has a great demeanor. She gives modifications for various moves and I always feel really good after I take her class. Wish there were more of her classes on the app :).

      Hi Gyl, we will definitely have much more of Kim! We had a date to film with her that got waylaid but you can look forward to new classes as soon as quarantine is over. Try Molly’s classes too, I bet you’ll like hers.

    I love the way you transitioned into the single leg kicks. This is the first time I have done that exercise without any pain in my SI joints. Your steps really created more space for me and I was able to really feel what the exercise is meant to do. THANKS!!!!

      Hi! I’m so glad you enjoyed the class. Don’t give up on that side plank! Feel free to come down onto the elbow, or place bottom knee on the mat. Keep trying and you will build strength. Hang in there!
