    Ms Regan’s experience is self revealing here.
    Don’t have Apparatus, but, so many of these exercises can be done without the Apparatus.
    I really liked the MC work she shared, as I have been using it for maintaining freedom in my hip joints.
    The discomfort aspect she spoke about I can concur with.
    Maybe, next time Alisa Ms Regan will share her skills for keeping 74 year old males hip joints in shape!
