ðð How to Build Your Plan, (takes ~2 mins!):
- Click the button below to go to your Workout Plan on the website (not app). Make sure youâre logged in!
- Click âCreate or Edit Your Planâ
- Customize your plan (you can change these anytime)! Choose your days, duration, level, equipment, language, etcâĶ
- Set your reminder preferences: opt-in for email or text reminders, and choose the time youâd like to get them
- Preview your calendar, and click âSwitch Classâ on any day to make changes
