Welcome to the summer of you! Whether you want to move three days a week or all seven, for 15 minutes or 45, on the mat, Reformer, or Cadillac… this is your summer, your schedule, your challenge.

🐚👉 How to Build Your Plan, (takes ~2 mins!):

  1. Click the button below to go to your Workout Plan on the website (not app). Make sure you’re logged in!
  2. Click “Create or Edit Your Plan”
  3. Customize your plan (you can change these anytime)! Choose your days, duration, level, equipment, language, etc…
  4. Set your reminder preferences: opt-in for email or text reminders, and choose the time you’d like to get them
  5. Preview your calendar, and click “Switch Class” on any day to make changes

🔎 How to find My Workout Plan later:
• From the Pilatesology homepage (on website), click “Create Workout Plan”
• Or hover over “My Pilatesology” in the top menu, click “My Workout Plan”
