🐚👉 How to Build Your Plan, (takes ~2 mins!):
- Click the button below to go to your Workout Plan on the website (not app). Make sure you’re logged in!
- Click “Create or Edit Your Plan”
- Customize your plan (you can change these anytime)! Choose your days, duration, level, equipment, language, etc…
- Set your reminder preferences: opt-in for email or text reminders, and choose the time you’d like to get them
- Preview your calendar, and click “Switch Class” on any day to make changes
🔎 How to find My Workout Plan later:
• From the Pilatesology homepage (on website), click “Create Workout Plan”
• Or hover over “My Pilatesology” in the top menu, click “My Workout Plan”
