Whether you’re a serious cyclist or a cardio-addict on your stationary bike, this 5-class program helps you stretch, strengthen, and rebalance both pre-and post-ride. Each session targets core stability, hip mobility, and postural alignment to counteract the repetitive motion of cycling—keeping your body strong and balanced on and off the bike for a more powerful, pain-free ride.
