Tiffany ONeill

Tiffany O’Neill is a classically trained Pilates instructor based in Miami, Florida, certified across all levels and apparatuses through Classical Pilates Education. She teaches private sessions and small-group classes at OptimalFit Pilates in Doral. Tiffany is passionate about helping clients build strength, control, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through thoughtful, detail-oriented instruction. She welcomes clients at every level and teaches in both English and Spanish. Tiffany is available for virtual sessions, private on-site instruction, and studio-based training throughout the Miami area.
