Pilates is an exercise program that offers a longevity feature that ages with you from a young active athletic body to the aging body with any health challenge. Every workout can be designed with the system of Joseph Pilates for every-body that walks into your studio. Every client has a different skill level and for 25 years I have enjoyed using the system to improve quality of life and independence for myself as well as my clients.
