Hello! My introduction to the world of exercise began when I was 3 years old and began ballet at my local YMCA. Where my mother hoped I would learn some discipline and burn off some energy! I continued with ballet and went on to dance for The Richmond Ballet of Virginia, Ballet Omaha in Nebraska, City Ballet of LA, Francisco Martinez Dance Theater, and Pasadena Dance Theater. Pilates is the key to maintaining my body so that I can do the things I want to do, and is always a there to help me stay strong as I recover from injuries. Pilates is a tool to help you live life to its fullest, so take advantage of every opportunity.
