Sascha (Beate) Türk

I began studying in 2005 with Andri Marais in Durban, teaching in her studio. I then opened my home studio and decided to complete my Advanced level. I qualified in 2011 in Johannesburg under Natasha Mädel who qualified under Romana Kryzanowska. I have a small intimate home studio with two reformers, a Cadillac, a ladder barrel, a spine corrector, barrels and a baby arm chair as well as 8 Wunda chairs. I teach Mat classes as well as Privates/ Duets/ Trios for which I reserve the reformers and Cadillac . In 2019 I also qualified as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher. The two methodologies are very different but similar principles are applied.
