I am fascinated with the potential of the human form. The precision, range, and speed that we exercise in pursuing sports, dance, and daily living activities can be both seductive and exhilarating. Many of these activities can come create imbalances in our bodies. The Pilates Method offers gutsy exercise which can be equally exhilarating yet creates the a platform to rebuild balanced expression in the body. I am honored to teach this method to individuals that allows a more fulfilling experience in all their physical pursuits outside the pilates studio.
