Rebecca Taylor
Profile
Rebecca\'s Pilates journey began about 13 years ago, after the birth of her first child. As a former dancer, she fell in love with the mind-body connection as well as the focus and concentration that both principles demand. She grew up dancing and felt a natural connection to Pilates CORE fundamentals. She\'s always found movement to play a vital role in nurturing her own well-being, and incorporating Pilates into daily life has brought abundant benefits. Besides the physical transformation, she found that she was more focused, balanced and energized throughout daily activities.
