Or Sagi-Woodson is the proud owner of Maui Pilates Studio. Or received his initial comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body. He is also certified through the Pilates Method Alliance, also known as the National Pilates Certification Program. He continue​s his stud​ies of the Pilates method regularly by taking continued education workshop​s from teacher​s from diverse Pilates lineage and from teachers with ​the classical and contemporary approach. Or has experience working with a wide variety of client​el from rehab based to elite athletes ranging in age from teenagers to 99 years old. He believes that everyone can benefit from practicing Pilates. Or is passionate about teaching Pilates and his students​' success. He tailors his lessons around each individual's needs and learning style. Or experienced first hand how Pilates changed his life for the better and wants to help others experience what he calls, “the Magic of Pilates”. Prior to his Pilates career, Or was a professional dancer for 15 years performing classical and contemporary Ballet worldwide. Or has had the honor to perform in front of the Thai Royal family, Princess Caroline of Hanover, and Israeli's President and Prime Minister. In November of 2017, Or was named Lululemon ambassador on Maui. Or is grateful to have had the opportunity to teach Pilates island wide on Maui before opening Maui Pilates Studio on January 2019.
