Hi :) I'm from Brazil and have been living in Norway since 2017. I have been working with Pilates Method since 2006 as an instructor and total of 8 years holding Pilates Instructor Trainings in Brazil and Norway. I owned a Pilates Studio in Brazil for 5 years before move to Norway. I also did work as a translator in International Pilates Conferences in Brazil. I hold a bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and a broad experience working in the fitness industry. Pilates is more then a workout for me Pilates is a way of life to live healthier, happier and and longer! =D
