Teenager, I dreamed to become a prima ballerina or an astrophysicist. Instead, I became a computer and financial enginneer. I was far from my young dreams but deep in the reality. In 2012, I tried- just after a brachial neuralgia- for the first time a mat pilates class. I felt such a connection with my body...it was much stronger than the one I used to feel in dance. My hour of Pilates became the best hour of my day, of my week...and I wanted to feel that way each hour of each day. When I heard there were lots of apparatus in Pilates, I decided to discover that fascinating and mysterious field. So in 2013, I quitted my job to receive an exceptionnal formation from Fabien Ferrino Menegon - Romana certified teacher- in Barcelona. I opened my studio after that in Casablanca. I continue to travel frequently through Europe to keep learning about Pilates and the human body. Thanks to Pilatesology, the rest of the world comes to me. But I aim to go to it as often as I can. Because it's good to widen our horizons. Actually, I give privates or duets classes on apparatus and also small mat group classes in my studio. My vision is to help people in their quest of health and happiness. And to realize that vision, my mission is to continuously learn from the best teachers in the world, in order to always give high quality Pilates classes.
