Hi! My name is Melanie & I fell in love with Pilates almost 20 years ago! I found Pilates after 18 years of dancing & I had major back pain.. Pilates not only healed my back but the work of Joseph Pilates changed my whole body. While getting my certification to teach Pilates I was in corporate at the time. After several years of teaching a few hours a week.. I decided to leave the corporate grind and pursue what I love most & that is Pilates and teaching.
