Hi! I'm Maria Elena, Pilates Zone Milano owner and Teacher Trainer for Pi Academy London. (https://www.pistudios.co.uk) I'm a Classical Dancer in the past and Pilates is my passion and my entire life now;-) I love share the amazing potential of the Method with people and I'm really happy when I can see their changing about mind, body and spirit.... I think that, in our modern society, Pilates is a precious way to get back to health. My first Teacher Training was Power Pilates Verona with Karine Cid ( Romana Krytzanowska student) , and after many years of work, I'm done the Teacher Training Program to become Teacher Trainer with Holly Murray (Romana Krytzanowska student) at Pi Academy London. We have a partnership about the Teacher Training Courses. I have 15 years of experience and education from trainings, continuing education, apprenticeships and so on... I have done workshop all over the world with many famous Classical Pilates Teachers like Bob Liekens , Susan Moran, Lolita San Miguel, Juan Estrada, Alicia Ungaro, Karine Cid, Holly Murray and so many other.... ;-) My mission is spread Classical Pilates in Italy (because the quality of Pilates here is not very good...) and inspire the future generation of Pilates teachers.
