Lennie Fenton has been involved in fitness and athletics her entire life. After completing her first triathlon, Lennie became determined to learn more about the human body and how it works. She began her Pilates journey in 2007 when she took her first Reformer Pilates class with Tiziana Buzzi. Within just a few months, she was hooked, realizing how truly effective Pilates is. In 2012, Lennie went back to school to study Exercise Science and Nutrition. She would then go on to receive her Advanced Mat certification through Power Pilates. Lennie is excited to share a fun but challenging approach to teaching Pilates while her clients experience improved flexibility, definition, body awareness and strength.
