Kathryn Hefter is a full spectrum Pilates teacher. Her knowledge of the classical method has been supported by 2 decades of study, teaching and practice. Known for her clarity, energetic and joyful delivery, she holds the gold standard in expertise. In 2001 she was personally certified by Romana Kryzanowska and constitutes to study with Classical teachers internationally. She is certified in the Tupler technique for Diastasis Rehab. Kathryn began he career in dance, a BFA before her intro to Pilates in 1996. She is inspired to move students to discover the connections and dynamics within themselves, and maybe have a little fun too. She is a wife, mother of 2 and lover of laughs.
