Kathleen Mangan

I currently work in New York City and was originally trained by Power Pilates in Los Angeles in 2009! I'm a dancer, lover of the outdoors, and fitness lover of all kinds! I work for Equinox as Coordinator of their Park Ave location, and am also an Equinox Teacher Trainer (it's my favorite part of teaching Pilates!). I love working with people who have a hobby, sport or passion that they are trying to improve upon with Pilates (whether that's an Equestrian competition, or picking up a grandchild). Pilatesology is terrific for finding new ways to spice up my classes and sessions, and learn from the experts that geographically I can't get to right away. Thank you Pilatesology!
