Join us at our spacious purpose built studio in the gorgeous Suffolk seaside town of Southwold with a dedicated mat room and equipment studio. Our equipment was built by the lovely Jeremy of Purist Pilates. My partner Sarah Wilkinson, a Body Control trained teacher and I offer group mat and individual and duet equipment classes.
