Mountain Laurel Pilates is located at Lake Wallenpaupack. It is in the Pocono region of NE Pennsylvania. I teach people that live in this area, people that are vacationing here, and people that have summer homes in our area! Come and visit us when in the area!

Pilates Education: Comprehensively Certified with Power Pilates and The New York Pilates Studio

Equipment: The Studio is equipped with all Gratz Equipment. 3 reformers, 2 ladder barrels, 5 Wall Units, Cadillac, Arm Chair/ Baby Chair, Spine Correctors, barrels,and small apparatus.

Years of Experience: I am proud to say that I have 15 years of training in classical Pilates and have enjoyed teaching and watching people change their bodies and their lives!
