I have a high degree in Sport Science, and a pos-graduation in Strength & Condition, Training and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Human Kinetics, Portugal. I Started my Pilates Training (contemporary) in 2002, started to teach (as a former) in the first Portuguese Pilates School almost 2 years later, among other teachers. Did some other Pilates certifications in other schools. And I’m always open to learn more! I was introduced to the classical approach of Pilates in 2013 that made me feel more complete. Realizing well the differences of the two approaches, and even better, their similarities, I created a systematization of the method – Pilates CAArM System®, which allows us in a fast and clear way to perceive and teach the whys of the method and its exercises. The Pilates CAArM System®, is an integration of the Contemporary and Classical vision of the Pilates Method keeping it “true to the source” – Pilates!
