My mission is to help you feel great, stand tall and be strong. I foster an upbeat, positive and balanced approach to fitness for men and women of all ages, health and fitness levels. Using both traditional and non-traditional methods, I guide my clients through a variety of exercises that efficiently use the entire body. I believe, as Joseph Pilates did, in achieving maximum results without the mindless repetition found in so many other fitness routines, and I apply this methodology in all of our classes -- from Pilates to Barre to Circuit Training. My philosophy is quite simple: I believe each client deserves special attention, no matter what. That's why my group classes are small enough to allow me to give clients the attention they deserve, making sure each client enjoys maximum benefits and results. The Pilates method of exercise is extremely adaptable, and I modify workouts to accommodate many injuries and limitations. As clients develop skill and strength, I introduce more challenging exercises as we speed up the pace of the workouts.
