Jennfier Pollack

I own Jennifer Pollack Pilates in Westport’s CT. I have been teaching Pilates for 28 years. I love teaching beginners just as much as advanced clients as everyone can benefit from Pilates! I can see each client’s potential and shape each session to help clients effectively and efficiently reach that potential. I received my certification from Romana Kryzanowska at Drago’s Gym in NYC in 1996 and since then I have taken many Continuing Education workshops. I am a dancer and discovered the strength, stretch and control I gained from Pilates.
