Heidrun Winter

My passion for Pilates began in 2005 and has never left me. I completed my mat training in 2009 and my Comprehensive Teacher Training with Power Pilates in 2012 and switched to The Pilates Standard . In 2014, I opened my boutique studio in Frankfurt's Westend. There I realized my dream of an optimal training location: first-class, high-quality training on original equipment in a personal atmosphere. What particularly fascinates me about Pilates is that it never comes to a standstill. The learning and discovering is what makes this method so incredibly interesting and, above all, effective. I am happy to be instructed by Jay Grimes, Shari Berkowitz, Alicya Ungaro, Sonje Mayo, Bob Liekens, Dorothee Vandewalle, Brett Howard, Clare Dunphy Hermani, Moses Urbano, Jerome Weinberg, Michael Johnson and look forward to learning even more and more.
