Ernesto Reynoso

During his 20 years as a professional ballet dancer, Ernesto was introduced to the Pilates method and has never looked back. A lifelong lover of movement, Pilates improved his overall dance performance by conditioning and aligning his body like no other exercise program before. Originally from Mexico, his passion led him to New York City where he studied and eventually certified with Romana Kryzanowska. From then on, his focus turned from the advancement of his own dance career to helping others with the system that had helped heal and inspire him.
