Retired chiropractor, teaching Pilates for 15+ years. Teaching at local YMCA, as well as local studio. My favorite students to teach are beginners, since I love to introduce new people to the Pilates system of exercise! I also love teaching more advanced students to keep me challenged. Always learning myself but taking lessons from teachers in my area, and when I travel. Also happy to learn more about The Art of Control!!
