MB BS London 1992. Worked as GP in North Yorkshire before taking time out to look after family. Discovered Pilates 7 years ago after back injury & was so impressed with the effects that I observed in myself & other students for such diverse physical problems, that decided to re-train in Pilates. Attended Karen Ingram Academy, Cowbridge, Wales July to Nov 2016. Enrolled for PPC Level 2 from Sept to Nov 2017. Currently offer mat classes at various locations in North Yorkshire (Skipton- Settle) & 1:1 tuition at Yorkshire Dales Pilates studio, Ingleton. I love teaching people about their body, so that they can become the architect of their own wellbeing through exercise. Forget apples! Pilates each day keeps the Dr at bay!
