I began practicing Pilates in 2006 as a way to relieve job related stress, back, shoulder, and neck pain. I fell in love with the discipline when I noticed pain, fatigue, and the frequency/severity of my spinal subluxations had SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I became positively addicted to the mental and physical transformation I experienced during my apprenticeship. Since certifying in May of 2011, I have had the pleasure of working with people of all ages and fitness levels- teens and seniors, pre and post-natal Moms, TV personalities, pro-basketball players, ex ski racers, brain and breast cancer survivors, as well as, clients with movement disorders such as Parkinsons and Dystonia.
