I've been doing Pilates for over 15 years, and am committed to the Classical method. In my "real world job," I'm an outdoors, fitness, and science journalist, contributing to National Geographic, Outside, Wired, Backpacker, Runner's World, and more. I began teaching as a way to deepen my own practice. I love working with beginners. My "other" sports include mountain biking, running, and urban hiking.
