After three years of study, I completed the Peak Pilates® Level III Mat & Equipment Certification in 2014. My Pilates expertise includes classical mat, reformer, Wunda chair, Electric chair, cadillac, ladder and small barrels, magic circle and other small props. My studio includes a Peak Pilates PPS reformer & tower along with a Peak mVe chair. I\'m currently accepting virtual clients from around the globe and fully vaccinated & booostered local clients with masks.
