Barbara Poggionovo

I'm a level 5 classical Romana's Pilates teacher, trained by Philippe Taupin in Paris and Sonia Webber in Aix-en-Provence. I teach from my intimate Studio BODY & MIND PILATES, located in the beautiful city of Marseille in the south of France. My Studio is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus and offers mainly private sessions, as well as some duets. I teach all levels and believe that Pilates can be adapted to every body. What i love most about the Method is its ability to challenge, strengthen and reconnect us with our bodies, while always respecting each person's individual needs and possibilities. My mission is to share the Classical Pilates Method with precision, care, fun and to help each client build a stronger more connected and confident body !
