Awaken the stabilizing muscles that hold you up and you'll stand taller with more ease. In the second class in her Posture Clinic series, Teresa Shupe adds strength to the mobility movements you’ve been working on from class 1. These gentle yet powerful movements are wonderful for enhancing your posture, giving you tone and strength to weak areas in your neck. NOTE: You’ll need a wall to lean on and optional 1-2 pound hand weights (water bottles can substitute) and dowel or broom handle. It’s fine to do the workout without the extra props if you prefer.
