If you need to go back and repeat any class in this series, please do, but if you are ready to advance to this fifth class in the home Reformer series, Alisa Wyatt has some treats for you. You will be adding extra springs, the stomach series for strength in the abdominal muscles and a fantastic stretch for tight thighs. Some of the exercises may start to feel familiar, which, looking ahead, is necessary to start building your tempo.
