Correct Alignment Mat

If you wonder whether you’re doing Pilates correctly, this class is for you! Lori’s commonsense approach and clear explanations are easy to follow and she moves at a slow pace so you can discover where you're using momentum and build strength instead. Class ends with fun standing exercises to help bring what you’ve learned on the mat to an upright position.
