Want a fun challenge that builds crazy core strength and control? Teresa Shupe leads you through this mat in 3 ranges of motion. You’ll do each exercise limiting yourself to 25% of your range of motion, then 50% of your range, then 90% of your range (with a few 100%’s thrown in for extra oomph).
