In class two of her series aimed at opening up tight hamstrings, Victoria Torrie-Capan leads you through a full body Pilates workout. You’ll get modifications to help you achieve the goal of each exercise and cues designed to increase your your flexibility. The stretches at the end of class use a chair to prop your leg on and you’ll also want to have a yoga belt or long towel, a hand towel and a yoga block or a thick book you can sit on.
