Molly’s latest class uses the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac for a post pregnancy workout to safely and effectively awaken the muscles of your center. Here, she takes you through a full Intermediate Reformer and she teaches several exercises like Swan Dive and Teaser on the Wunda Chair or Cadillac where a postpartum body can get a bit more support. The workout finishes up on the Cadillac with the Leg Springs Series to tone the hips and legs and make zipping up those jeans possible again! Whether you’re an instructor wondering what is best for your postnatal clients or a new mom ready to return to Pilates, you’ll enjoy working out with Molly’s easygoing energy (and tough workout!). If you’ve followed Molly’s prenatal workouts during your pregnancy, you’ll enjoy meeting her baby boy, Shepard at the beginning of this session.
