Kathi leads a fantastically stretchy mat class that will lengthen you out like a piece of taffy and then put you back together again at the end with a series of standing Pilates that includes the towel exercises or what Romana called "The Businessman's Special." You'll finish with moves using arm weights and a bar (you can substitute a broomhandle) to drain any remaining tension from your shoulders and upper back.
